Robert F. Kennedy Jr. endorses Donald Trump for U.S. presidency

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. just announced that he’s backing Donald Trump for president. Speaking at an event in Arizona, Kennedy clarified:

“I am not terminating my campaign. I am simply suspending it and not ending it. My name will remain on the ballot in most states. I encourage you to vote for me.”

But he’s dropping out of 10 battleground states. And he’s got a backup plan, claiming that:

“I could conceivably still end up in the White House in a contingent election if Trump or Kamala Harris doesn’t hit the magic number of 270 electoral votes.”

So, why is Kennedy taking a step back? He says he’s fed up with the “relentless, systematic censorship and media control” that’s been blocking his path to victory.

He claims that he can’t “in good conscience” ask his staff to keep grinding or his donors to keep giving when he doesn’t see a clear way to win. “In my heart, I no longer believe that I have a realistic path of electoral victory,” he admitted.

Kennedy went on to share the reasons that pushed him to endorse Trump. “Three great causes drove me to enter this race in the first place,” he said. These causes made him leave the Democratic Party, run as an independent, and now back Trump.

It turns out the two have been in talks for a while. According to Kennedy, Trump reached out to him after the assassination attempt in July. They met not once but twice.

“In those meetings, he suggested that we join forces as a unity party,” Kennedy revealed. They even talked about Lincoln’s “team of rivals,” a set-up where they could disagree on some issues but work together on others they both cared about.

Now, Kennedy is going to be campaigning with and for Trump. And it’s not just about rallies. Allies of both Kennedy and Trump are pushing Kennedy to go on every platform possible—Tucker Carlson’s show, Joe Rogan’s podcast, you name it.

The goal is to bring some of Kennedy’s loyal followers over to the Trump side. Meanwhile, Trump is loving this. He’s already thanked Kennedy for what he called a “very nice endorsement.” The former president said:

“I want to thank Bobby, that was very nice. He’s a great guy, respected by everybody.”

Kennedy 100% supports crypto and is vehemently against CBDCs. Trump feels the same. At least that’s what they both say.
